Amanda’s roots run deep in Jacksonville, Florida, but the Suwannee River shaped her soul. Weekends spent at her grandparents’ river home taught her to appreciate nature, quiet moments, and the feeling of freedom that comes from being on the water. Today, you’ll still find her fishing on the St. Johns River or unwinding at her lake place—her future retirement haven. She’s also a devoted mom to three incredible kids navigating college and high school life.
Her career began in the legal field, where she worked as a paralegal for a small downtown firm known for its personal approach. There, Amanda learned the value of listening closely, building trust, and treating every client like family. She carries those same principles into real estate, guiding customers with honesty, warmth, and unwavering support from the first conversation to the closing table.
